Progressive resource control completed all 248 local accesses. ADC reset and clock interruption preserved the observed PIO progression and selected state; both journals matched through further PIO use. The initial ADC departure did not recur after either intervention. Interpretation and next question.

DEVELOPMENT MAP / 30 SEPTEMBER 2026

From electrical evidence to Hyphos

Text and raw Hyphos survived supplying-buffer reuse in three boots. Previous-boot retrieval recurred for all five entries. A preceding return verified 108 reserved diagnostics; the latest diagnostic sequence stopped before its completion report. Electrical-reference exceptions remain recorded. Open each group for its definitions, evidence and remaining work.

  2. Component control and readbackIssue PMIC requests and acquire ADC observations.
  3. Senary journal and timingRecover the recorded observations from the SD.

The two-boot comparison recognized every candidate median at 0, 5 and 20 ms added wait. Longer spacing showed no benefit under these conditions. The subsequent boundary investigation and balanced probes each recognized 504/504 unperturbed medians with zero added wait.

OpenFreshness and operating limitsAll 10368 paired bit observations agreed, including traced excursions. Their origin and independent conversion freshness remain unresolved.

Boot 2 retains raw-reference overlap and an accepted median exactly on its boundary. Three-reading success does not establish single-reading reliability, analog accuracy or a general error rate.

The balanced probes produced 36 rejections, distributed across all six rounds, and 41 accepted medians exactly on a boundary. All 216 omitted-trigger controls retained the last raw A value; 215 were recognized as A and one was rejected. Recorded status and ordered timestamps still do not independently identify each physical conversion. The mixed-reference procedure rejected its first calibration after state-4/5 guarded overlap. Its other five calibrations recognized 270/270 triggered medians, including 16 baseline rejections; the full 324-outcome comparison did not improve. The subsequent two interleaved-reference boots each accepted all six calibrations, recognized 324/324 triggered medians and separated all 120 perturbed neighbouring pairs. Complete criteria recurred, while boot 2 retained a one-code probe margin. The subsequent within-boot comparison rejected three calibrations and recorded two locally overlapping state-3/4 pairs. It established no interleaved advantage. The earlier two-boot outcome does not generalize to every acquisition. The fixed-request comparison recognized 432/432 medians in boot 1; boot 2 left 72 unavailable after a state-0/1 reference overlap. Two high reference readings determined the conflicting median. The result-read timing comparison then retained one wrong median and stopped during round 3 at its operating-frequency boundary. Only two complete paired rounds were available. Further limits concern electrical representation, silicon discovery, firmware replacement and Seigr time.

Observed / creation and useHyphos, Seigsit and minimal SeigrOSCarried Hyphos controlled chains of zero to three actions. Retained content survived supplying-buffer replacement in three boots; five previous-boot entries were recovered again. The latest diagnostic recording stopped before its completion report.

Hyphos through SEIGRASM: raw Hyphos definitions determine construction, acceptance and later use in the creation experiment. The successful retest passed all six creation/use cases and seven controls. The unchanged repeat also completed 78 operations, but its six fixed creation observations were unavailable after state-3/4 calibration rejection. The all-round investigation completed 36/36 creation/use cases and 42/42 controls, with all six calibrations accepted. The expanded repeat then rejected six unavailable round-0 inputs and completed 30 later creation/use cases. All 468 operations were recovered; 38 controls passed and four were unassessable. The first reference-burst run completed all 36 cases and 42 controls using the existing target calibration. Its repeat completed 30 cases, correctly rejected six unavailable round-4 inputs and recovered all 468 operations. The separate nine-reading calibration retained availability in that round; it did not supply Hyphos. In the subsequent native-supply return, SEIGRASM computed and recorded the nine-reading calibration that Hyphos consumed. All 36 cases and 42 controls passed; retained decision timestamps identify the selected inputs. The subsequent two carried-action boots each completed all six source-selected actions and successor creations from new observations, with parent continuity. The two successive-action boots each connected every first successor to another electrical action and creation in all six chains, preserving both ancestors. The first return remains incomplete.

Seigsit: create before later content exists, then use its connected layers for different information, including Hyphos. Compare the two proposed first-creation paths below.

Minimal SeigrOS: establish a working lab for further Hyphos development, including a target-produced Hei Seigr message. The creation retest recovered the target-produced message through each carrier. A screen or network output and the broader installation process remain to be demonstrated.

Physical results inform Hyphos definitions; required Hyphos operations determine the next SEIGRASM capabilities. This map describes development status, not the whole Hyphos architecture.

The two first-creation paths remain an experimental comparison: Hyphos-defined creation through SEIGRASM, and initial SEIGRASM creation carrying Hyphos into operation. The Hyphos-defined path has recorded creation and later use, including execution of carried Hyphos. The original interleaved all-round procedure has two complete returns: 36 creations in the first, then six prerequisite rejections and 30 creations in the second. Source behavior matched recorded prerequisites in both; success for every scheduled case did not recur. The subsequent reference-burst procedure has two complete returns: 36 successful creation/use cases, then 30 with six correct prerequisite rejections. Nine-reading reference estimation met its benefit criterion in both boots. The first native-supply boot then passed all 36 creation/use cases and 42 controls under that estimator. The carried-action return then passed all six cases connecting recovered Hyphos to an electrical request and creation from the subsequent observation. All parents retained their state and carrier. The unchanged second boot repeated all six carried-action successes and passed the reference criteria. The successive-action comparison completed all six two-action chains in both boots under the same electrical criteria, with both ancestors preserved. The continuation comparison recorded eight admitted actions, two completions and two supplied-prerequisite rejections in both boots. The four declined opportunities in each boot contain no acquisition or dependent creation. Only the second boot met the complete electrical-reference criterion; two unresolved reference triples remain in the first result. Both comparison estimators recognized all primary observations and reserved checks in each carried-action boot; no estimator advantage was observed or required. The alternative first-creation path remains untested. Six electrical states do not determine the number or meaning of Seigsit layers.

Electrical representation, silicon discovery, firmware and time
Electrical senary
Present boundaryRecognition concerns controlled PMIC/ADC observations. Senary record fields are implemented. Sixteen-state calibration overlapped in the tested comparison.
Evidence neededDemonstrate the intended physical representation and operations. These returns do not establish six-level processor storage or arithmetic, or a general limit on sixteen states.
Agnostic silicon use
Present boundaryAArch64 electrical execution is observed on one apparatus. AArch64, x86-64 and RV64IM/Zifencei callable seeds have software checks.
Evidence neededConnect Hyphos capability discovery to verified implementations and compare the same consequences on further silicon. Current electrical controls use known component addresses.
Firmware replacement
Present boundaryLocal execution recovers ADC acquisition with PIO stopped and running, retaining selected PIO state and the acquisition journal. SoC boot firmware, RP1 boot ROM and inherited clock/pad settings remain dependencies; the second local processor and other components remain unqualified.
Evidence neededTest repeated acquisition and its initialization effects, acquire further connected resources, and replace each remaining dependency with an observed project-owned control path.
Seigr time
Present boundaryOrdered local intervals and senary fractions exist. Counter frequency is reported configuration.
Evidence neededIndependent uncertainty calibration and an explicit ERA/UT1 anchor. Local interval checks do not supply an astronomical date.
Decisions for the next experiments
Does extra spacing help?
Discriminating evidenceBoth boots recognized 288/288 candidate medians at each added wait; timing and journal integrity passed.
Decision informedRetain zero added wait as the reference. Complete counts recurred; extra delay has no demonstrated benefit.
What establishes a new conversion?
Discriminating evidenceIn the balanced boot, all 216 omitted-trigger controls retained the last raw A value; all 180 changed-state trials updated after triggering. Recognition alone did not associate a retained value with the current request. Independent evidence of a distinct physical conversion remains a further requirement.
Decision informedQualify exactly that observation or retain the uncertainty. Repeated values, status changes and ordered timestamps alone do not settle it.
Does Hyphos own the operation?
Discriminating evidenceExecute a bounded existing Hyphos operation through SEIGRASM. Change its source and predict the resulting action; include a rejected-source control and independent returned records.
Decision informedEstablish the source-to-opcode-to-consequence relation required by the seed. Extend SEIGRASM for a demonstrated missing capability.
Is Seigsit created and subsequently used?
Discriminating evidenceRecord creation before later data exists, then attachment and independent consumption through the defined layers. Compare the two initial-creation paths under the same declared requirements.
Decision informedChoose or refine the first-creation mechanism from observed behavior; preserve creation and later use as distinct claims.
Can native logging retain evidence across interruption?
Discriminating evidenceFive previous entries were recovered in two successive boots. The latest return retained 87 complete reserved payloads and part of the next, but no group report to establish retrieval and Hyphos verification. The primary diagnostic groups were not recorded.
Decision informedAdd recoverable progress checkpoints and bounded failure status before repeating the extended diagnostic sequence. Preserve electrical requests, zero added wait and frozen acceptance bounds.

The interleaved-reference criteria recurred in two boots, retaining guard 2, zero added wait and every round. The reference-order comparison then found overlap under both schedules. The boundary-response return then recognized 287/288 target medians, with one late state-0 rejection. First and last groups both recognized 72/72; extra initial settling has no demonstrated benefit. The longer fixed-request sequences recognized 432/432 medians but retained eleven raw excursions, including nine after the twelfth reading. The repeat left 72 medians unavailable after reference overlap. The controlled-predecessor comparison found no consistent initial upward departure after 104. Its two later failed medians and discrete raw excursions motivated the result-read timing comparison. All observed padded windows met the declared range, but two complete rounds showed no consistent excursion reduction. Acquisition stopped at the CPU-frequency guard. The counter-window repeat completed near 1.5 GHz without a guard stop, retaining two wrong medians. The byte-order and repeated-snapshot comparison then retained one rejection. All extra snapshots matched their original result; excursions remained under both byte orders. The two held-request boots retained departures at 90, 91 and 92, with 214/216 and 213/216 local medians inside. Reference extremes widened different intervals in both boots. The result-reception comparison then reconstructed all 648 traces, including 38 traced validation excursions. Both conditions retained 105/108 local medians. The within-bit comparison found agreement at both observed instants in all 10368 bit comparisons, while excursions persisted; the earlier frequency transition remains unresolved. Zero added acquisition wait remains the reference. The damaged boot metadata did not recur in the two fixed-request returns. The transfer controls preserve capture comparison, locked readbacks and recorded ejection; the earlier damage’s cause remains undetermined. The first Hyphos creation return recovered completion checkpoints but no detailed results. The successful retest recovered both full journals, with all six creation/use cases and seven controls passing. Its unchanged repeat recovered both journals but rejected all six fixed creation inputs after the first calibration had no unassigned code between the guarded state-3/4 bands. Later calibrations passed; creation was not scheduled against those later observations. The expanded test then completed all 36 creation/use cases and 42 controls across six accepted calibrations. The expanded repeat recovered six correct prerequisite rejections followed by 30 creation/use cases. Its limiting state-1/2 reference triple contained two elevated readings. Further acquisition comparisons should examine those excursions across all neighbouring states, retaining the existing guard and source-outcome criteria as the reference. Measurement qualification and Hyphos integration can advance together with their limits stated. Each new run must identify the capability it advances, the changed variable, the observation that can contradict its claim, and the decision its result will change. Acceptance rules stay fixed during validation; further repeats require a stated recurrence question.
